Direct axis/FNB
I have paid and closed my account with directaxis, but now I still have debit order from accounts. FNB is debiting my account and I was told is covid loan from direct axis. When I call direct axis they told they know nothing about fnb covid loan debit orders, since their records shows accounts is closed. WHO SHOULD ASSIST ME, WHEN I CALL FNB THEY BLAME DIRECT AXIS, WHEN I CALL DIRECT AXIS THEY BLAME FNB. Please stop this run around
