Direct Axis - Worst Service Ever
I have phoned, emailed, begged and pleaded for a settlement letter from Direct Axis. No email response has been received, over the phone they make empty promises. I am fed up with this pathetic service. I wish they can hire staff that is capable of doing their jobs and assist people.
