Direct Axis - worst experience ever

I have been dealing with Direct Axis for numerous years, always paid my personal loan on time, when Covid started I made use of the Covid Relief fund that was suppose to cover my debits for three months which I was approved for. After the three months things were back to normal, it turns out the Covid Relief fund did absolutely nothing for me. It did not cover any of my debits. They taking a debit from me monthly for the Covid relief and I am getting phoned weekly that my account is in arrears, after explaining every time they admit the mistake was on their side as they work on a automated system. They have since put a default on my account I wanted to buy a house this year. Thank you Direct Axis for f2cking up my name with your mistakes and not fixing it after you promised me numerous times. Put in a complained mail to them with screen shots did not get a reply to this day. Never again!!!!
