Direct axis. WORSE COMPONY IN THE WORLD

This is the worst loaning company in the world and got no customer service or help. I HAD A personal loan that was settled in full and thy ow me R744 and to get my account closed is hell . My bank **** the settlement and send them proof of payment twice and stil the incompetant people at direct axis cant close my acount everytime u call thy keep putting u true 2 sum1 els and then thy drop the line . Im so sick off this company its like if u settled an acount u been treated band because the not gona be making more money out of u . In this case the ow me money but the dont wana close my acount. Never go to them for a loan its not worth ur time and health. Rather go to a bank
