Direct axis will take your money and don't do what they promised!

In January I go retrenched, I have the insurance option for a case like retrenchment where my installment will be paid for 6 months, I phone direct axis and send in all my documentation as required. The lady told me the insurance will only start paying the first installment in April, I ask the lady but what about the installments that will get in arrears now and she explain to me, as I have the insurance and all the required documentation have been received from my side, the account will be blocked as I am not liable for any arrears as my insurance is on this now... Two months ago, (September) I received a call from direct axis to inform me I am ONE month in arrears and need to make that installment, I did not even put up a fight and as per the lady I had to make that installment in two installments, this is separate from my normal installment and my normal installment go off as normal, I ASKED THE LADY IF I PAY THIS INSTALLMENT, WILL MY ACCOUNT BE UP TO DATE AND SHE SAID YES. Two months have past and I received another call from direct axis, and again the lady told me I am n month behind and need to pay the arrears one month installment. I told the lady to please go and listen to the phone calls as all the recordings get recorder as per their terms and conditions. So on I received calls everyday from direct axis as well as more then one sms. So last week I spoke to Karin, and she said she will listen to all the phone calls and come back to me, until today I did not received any call back and yet I received an invoice where in stipulated I am in arrears. I will not just pay this installment as per all the phone calls direct axis was not open and honest and every time every consultant said something else... If direct axis is reading this, please can one of your managers assist here. I will never ever recommend direct axis to anyone, not even my enemies. You need to pay insurance every month and direct axis is to eager to take the money but cant keep their side clean and do what they said will be done!?
