Direct Axis WHAT A JOKE
What a joke. Getting Golden Cards as well as offers of loans for up to R150000.00. BUT when you need them they approve you, do the telephone contract and then after two week only to find out they will only give you 10% of the approved amount as they do not acknowlege EFT salaries and no cash although your bank statements proof the income. Please NEVER SEND ME ANOTHE MAIL, SMS,POST, GOLDEN CARD. JUST SEND ME NOTHING

04 Dec 2019, 09:25Stupid reply and the issue is not addressed. The frustration is not the promotions BUT the false and inconsistent promisses as well as *********** personell. It is due to all of this that I do not want to receive any more promotions, cards etcHow can you only look at one month's bank statements and not at other income other than EFT's. All of this and then still charge 27% interest.
