Direct Axis Useless Service

I settled my account with Direct Axis one month ago. I have still received no correspondence whatsoever. I have tried their customer service numbers and call centre numbers countless times. On the odd occasion that I have been able to get hold of an actual person, the call gets cut before I can get any feedback. Direct Axis Customer Service simply DOES NOT EXIST. It blows my mind that they are allowed to get away with such poor service.
