Direct Axis useless becareful

These people are making a mockery of their affiliation with Wesbank, a payment was accidentally made in to a loan account, and I have now been battling for a week and a half to get it reversed, amazing how quick they expect payment into their account but when a client is due money back its a mission and they just string you along like a puppet, call centre agents and team leader all just don't have a clue. Shocking service promise call back and surprise surprise nothing just a useless call centre full of don't care staff
