Direct axis unprofessional for settlement
I have been trying to call direct axis to settle my loan for over an hour.guess what the minute you start saying settlement is when you get transferred to a non talking call.they are not sending emails anymore of my balance.i have no idea how much I must settle.this people are so unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone
