Direct Axis - Unauthorized credit check

There are a UNAUTHORIZED "Dirext Axis-DA" inquiry on my ITC report.

The details are -

Date: 2018/08/28 Direct Axis-DA ********** 404

I did not phone Direct Axis to ask about a loan nor did I give them permission to do a credit check on my name.

Direct Axis needs to make contact with me and take this inquiry off from my ITC history as this affects my credit score.
