Direct Axis to properly train your agents, so as to provide proper assistance

I phoned to check if I qualify for a top upon my loan because I have a serious leak in my roof and needs fixing but instead of the agent that assisted me to inform me that I must phone in May because that's when I qualify for a top up. She then.proceeds to do an application, then tells mr shes sorry I must try in September. Having to wait a few weeks until May to now September, after 6 months. I am very disappointed and heartbroken just after 1pm this afternoon 💔
