Direct axis threatens me concerning the ********** account that I know nothing about.

I have been receiving some strange calls from Direct Axis and Smses saying that I owe them.i have never took a loan from them. I emailed them telling them that I don't owe them I never took a loan with them. They told me that they will investigate the matter. I have even sent them some affidavit my bank accounts, to my surprise I think they are not even interested in investigating this matter. Recently they sent me an email saying the complain is closed. How I don't know. They even sent their Arrogant Attorneys to call and threaten me. I get calls everyday even at work. I don't owe them. I think that account is a **********. I wish and hope my voice will be heard. I never took a loan from anyone.
