Please read your contract thoroughly before going into agreement with Direct Axis, in their contract it says that if you are arrears with your account and you don't make an agreement with them that they have the right to debit an amount, for example, my installment is R2500 and then they debit another R2500, so in total they will debit R5000 from your account, without having made this arrangement with the customer, how is it possible that they can away with this?

28 Aug 2017, 18:05Thank you for responding, but please dont try to look good for the public eye, my husband has contacted you twice with regards to his account that you have double debited for more than one month now, your staff insisted that he read his contract and that this information is stated there, he has aked for a voice recording where he agreed to that you double debit his account, to date we have received nothing, neither a call back from your manager as promised. Can you please tell me how you make your rules? How do you justify the terms and conditions in your contracts? And how do you even get away with it? You are the first creditor that I have heard off, who debits two installments from a clients bank account without their consent, because according to your people, there was no agreement, so you feel it is your right to debit two installments per month. Please explain this to us, I hope the public reads this and thinks twice before applying for a loan from your company.
