Direct axis sucks

After i logged my complaint on Hello Peter i actually got a response from DIrect Axis for a change. The woman that phoned me said she would assist me and send me a copy of the recording that was made when someone else tried to apply for a loan on my behalf. I explained everything to her and was recorded AGAIN. She was very helpful and asked me to give her a few days to organise the copy of my recording and she will then have it couriered to me. After a few days she emailed me again and advised me that she cant send me the copy anymore and that i had to go to the police station and have Direct Axis subpoenaed to get a copy of my recording. What I do not get is the fact that this woman said she worked at the dispute dept and this should be protocol, so why is it that she said she could send me a copy and then changed her mind? Can you only get a copy of the recording when you have Dirext Axis subpoenaed? I asked for the attorney or legal team to contact me but this did not happened and she just apologised for not being able to supply me with my copy. This is ridiculous!
