Direct axis stole my money!!

I am a customer of Direct axis for almost 5 years now i recently went thru financial difficulty and had to resort to debt relief in the begining of april i was told that all communication was passed on to all debtors and that i need not to worry on extra debits from my account ..this was not the case from Direct Axis side they were well aware that i am under debt relief and still took advantage of my account debiting the full installment after the notice they received.I have now been trying to get my moneys back from them with no care in sight from them..they keep giving me the run around and no one but no one is willing to assist it is absolutely shocking to see how Direct Axis can be so useless i will never urge anyone to do business with them
