Direct Axis stinks!!!!!
What a joke Direct Axis is!! If you want your frustration levels to skyrocket, give them a call. I am now in week 3 of trying to get a settlement balance out of them, with no joy!!! How difficult can this be???? You get put through to every department after starting at "settlements" with your first call and it speedily goes downhill from there. One is unable to reach a manager or Team Leader - as fare as I am now concerned - they can take a hike and sue me - I am done - if anyone out there needs a loan - avoid them like the plague -I think catching Covid would be more fun!!!!
