DIRECT AXIS SPAM VIOLATING THE ECT ACT, Act No. 25 of 2002
I have been receiving direct, unsolicited emails from this company and despite my objections, they keep on doing so. They have no "unsubscribe" possibility and blocking their emails as Junk doesn't help because they keep on changing the email address. The owner First Rand Bank Limited is in clear violation of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, Act No. 25 of 2002 and guilty of an offence.
