Direct axis simply not interested in Service

I am not sure what kind of control they have at Direct axis but i am struggling. i have been trying to change my debit date for months but nobody does it. the consultants drop you without helping you. they process to have their managers call you and nothing happens.

i had a 20 minute call to change my debit date with Nomandla last month after i had sent emails and made many other calls .

i called today and i got through to Loretta. she simply tranfered me to collection without so much as informing me. i get to collections and i ask if Loretta has confirmed to them why she is transferring me they just dropped the call on me.

Right now i have Zusiphe on the line. she has me on mute for 8 minutes without coming to me. she is looking for her manager. who i know is not going to be available. and they will debit me early again and not do anything about the fact that i keep on having to jump through hoops to get this done.

One of these days they wont get money in the account and they will treat it like its my fault
