Direct axis should be closed as they are not doing their jobs
So we are now 3 weeks from original query still no communication from Direct axis, and still not taking fone calls you are honestly an absolute joke and should be disgusted with the service levels you are offering, next step is Financial ombudsman let's see what happens then
