DIRECT AXIS - SHOCKING SERVICE
the most shocking service I've ever experienced in the finance industry. Fantastic response when they want to lend you money - thereafter when you have queries regarding ******* and bogus interest charges and "collection" charges suddenly added to your account AFTER it's paid up go absolutely nowhere. Cut off calls; realy clueless call-centre operators and no response to email enquiries. Don't go anywhere near Direct Axis. A disgrace to the credit industry.

28 Sept 2018, 09:25I was contacted by a senior manager from Direct Axis on 28th September to inform me that all the interest charges etc would be reversed and the account closed. Great response from a senior person at Direct Axis...why not similar service from the call centre?
