DIRECT AXIS - SETTLEMENT OF LOANS EASIER TO ,CLIMB MT EVEREST

Good afternoon I have been attempting to close my Direct Axis from the 2nd May. Asked the question , please supply me a fair related value on my outstanding loan. Direct Axis have had the pleasure of 200 repro points drop during COVID. They supp**** me a balance which I questioned. I have since paid them close to R10K since that...guess what...the balance is EXACTLY the same!!!! Not a red cent less. All I want is to be rid of my loan. I want to restructure my financial well being. My mails have been sent to an automated mailing system including a representative on it. Not a peep out of Direct AXIS. They great to solicit our business, but given us time to want to settle our debt...NOT a peep. It's easier to climb Mt Evererst than resolve queries. I'm supp**** a phone number to call..I called it several times....Only to hit a blank wall there as well
