Direct axis run around
I had a loan withe themand in Denver paid the balance by way of transfer, however thereafter they debited my account twice in December with instalment of R1600.00. Upon contacting and complaining I was asked to.email my I'd copy proof of the debit and proof of residency. It's been 4 months now and I have received my money. Everytime I call it's either the call gets dropped or I'm given a run around about my complain being forwarded. Am so disappointed. I need the money urgently.

Sent me an email or give me an email to deal with a direct individual to sort this out once and for all. I have been patient and I have dealt with over 10 individuals who don't have answers. If you are serous about my issue give me a name, a number, an email and the time I will be contacted to end this. I have all the documentation with just need someone to assist me.

21 Apr 2023, 16:04How come from 2 instalments that equal 1600 each totalling R3200 how can I be refunded with R1898.12 where as I never.missed a payment the R5 543.00 was a full payment of the balance. En even the cents were rounded off to a higher figure.wat happend to the 1300
