DIRECT AXIS RETRENCHMENT CLAIMS- A JOKE!!!!

Had a Direct axis loan. Loan had cover in case of disability, death or retrenchment. I was retrenched a YEAR ago. I’ve submitted documents and claims with NO response. Account was handed over to 3 YES THREE attorneys VVM, GLA AND NORMAN BISSET. VVM call me DAILY. Request retrenchment docs Daily. Tell me daily that someone from Direct Axis will be in touch but they never are. This could have been settle a year ago but no one can be bothered to respond. Can someone from DIRECT AXIS FIX THIS!!! Or do you not want to be paid.
