Direct Axis refuse to clear my name

I saw on my credit score that a loan of R144000.00 was on my name by Direct Axis .I immediately made contact with their customer service who advised me the account number I provided belonged to someone else. I was then advised to contact the credit Beurau to update my profile. I emailed the credit beurau who said I need to contact Direct Axis to send proof that the account does not belong to me. Direct Axis customer servuce send me to Direct Axis ***** team to sort this out .I emailed their ***** team and exolained ghe whole cenaria and then ***** gave me the run and told me I must go to the police station witj an affidavit that I didnt take the loan . Im unemployed ,live far from the police station .Direct Axos have the proof bit still their Fatud team is giving me the run around. I sick suffereing with depression and anxiety.This aacount was worrying me so much that I couldnt sleep.I went into a state of panic and the fact that they have the prove and still giving me the run aeound is stressing me out for weeks now.I cannot deal with this.Im a single mom that has to worry about the next meal.Im stressed out because of Direct Axis. I want compensation for the amount of stress they put me through.They need to clear my name asap.
