Direct Axis re Sanlam personal loans sucks Don’t be fooled into a loan from them!

Despite my post on HelloPeter on the 15th of April ,I received several call and sms from Direct Axis Sanlam to date ! I have sent out the emails asking for a holiday payment request but I’m still being harassed! I know call on my fellow readers to this message to please advise me the way forward

I only defaulted and asking for assistance
Today I received a call with a recorded message then I received an sms telling me I will be contacted in 5 days then another sms asking me to make payment then another call with a totally bad broken line
What is this ? This is how you treat clients in the difficult time ? Is money the only thing that matters now ?
I am a business person and my business is shut

I did receive the email thank you which does not help me much
I have previously send the same requested details
The only request not sent was proof of loss of income
My business is situated in the Phoenix Plaza

Two days ago I spoke to a female by the name of Prudence avid she was screaming at me ???
