Direct Axis poor service

August 2024 will be a year since I first started communicating with DirectAxis about my husband's situation. I have received notifications from attorneys, MBD, that they have been attempting to reach him numerous times. I have e-mail the relevant documentation to DirectAxis on numerous occasions to every singel e-mail address I have available. The fact is, my husband is in jail. He will be released in 9 years if all goes well, if not, only in 18years. I have sent them the relevant documentation. So before running to attorneys and debt collectors, please read your e-mails. He is not ignoring you, he is in jail. You can phone him every single day. He will not be able to answer his phone. He is in jail. I do not know how to make it any more clear than this.

I have phoned MBD Attorneys today and this is what I am dealing with. I tell this person that my husband is in jail and that he is not ignoring their calls. She doesn't seem able to even understand what I am saying. And she is quite willing to take down the details for the prison. Clearly she thinks that she can just phone and demand to talk to him. The calls are recorded. I think next time, just give your attorneys the documentation and all the numerous e-mails that have been sent to you for how many months now. If you and your attorneys aren't able to understand that he is not able to call you, receive calls or really do anything now, then there is nothing left for me to do and say.
