Direct Axis poor service

I've been trying to phone this business for weeks now, nobody answers phone, the machine just say we cant help you at this moment. When I did managed to speak to someone 2/20 times, they answered but it went quiet on other side as if they are on the moon. This work from home business dont work as their service is horrific. I even tried to phone Wesbank the loan supplier, same scenario, poor. And emails, also dont get answered.
