Direct Axis Personal Loan Terrible Service

Submitted all the documents they require. Qualified for an amount. Authorized the debit order. Then...nothing... They had a problem with their system and now they cannot give any answer as to what happened to the loan that we were approved for. They refuse to give any valid answer. They can only say, we'll phone you back... They have been phoning back for 3 days now. After spending R200 on airtime and wife being in tears, they still do not phone back at all. This is terrible.
