Direct Axis personal loan
I got retrenched at the end of October 2021, I contacted DirectAxis and informed them, with the knowledge that I have been paying a credit protection fee since I took up the loan.. but still they are debiting the instalment I don't mind paying the loan back until I finish the instalments but if that's the case then I shouldn't be paying the debt protection fee coz here I am unemployed but the protection is not protecting me..

29 Mar 2022, 18:47Is this a joke or something today another debit went and honestly I can't continue continue paying an insurance for no reason... This is absolutely wrong and I remember when the consultant contacted me I told her that if that anything happens y'all won't pay the insurance is just additional interests on top of the crazy interests charged for the loan itself
