Direct Axis: ******* or not? Mandate to Change Debit Order date to 10days prior to paydate

I cannot believe in these economic times Direct Axis chooses to debit your installment on the 22 of DECEMBER when they full well know you only get paid on the last day of the month. These people refuse to cancel the tracking on my account. I've tried explaining that they will leave me and my family with no food or money for Christmas and the last week of December if they deduct the installment 10 days before my paydate. Are they even allowed to start tracking your account 10 days before your paydate? Is this even legal? How can they be allowed to do this to people?
