Direct Axis now decides when we get paid and deducts when they want in Decmber.

I received an SMS today notifying me that Direct Axis will deduct a debit order on 22 December 2023 because they think I am getting an early salary. In fact, my salary stays the same throughout the year, and I get paid on the last day of the month. I called the office, and there is no way to move the debit order. Apparently, according to the contract that we sign with them, they can deduct whenever they please in December. That means I need to cancel my holiday because Direct Axis has decided when I paid and will deduct 2 months in one month, and to hell with me if I want to go on holiday. Thank you very much, DirectAxis. (that is sarcasm)
