Direct Axis not updating the Credit Bureau although an arrangement is in place...

For the last week I've been trying to get an answer from Call Direct's legal department. My account with them was in arrears when I was not able to pay it, but have since been making payments to the collections department - Vericred. When I checked my credit status last week, it says that my account with Direct Axis is in arrears for 4 months and that I have not been making any payments, when I contacted Vericred the very helpful consultant immediately emailed me a statement showing that I have been making payments and that they have paid over the money on a monthly basis to Direct Axis. When I contacted Direct Axis to find out why Trans Union have not been updated they said that they will only update the credit Bureau once the account have been settled. Even though I have an arrangement and have been making payments.

So my question, why is Trans Union updated monthly that I am not making any payments but they can’t update Trans Union that I have been making payments, it will be the same procedure as when they update negatively as when they should update it positively.

If I have 8 months left to pay, my name and credit score is going to deteriorate so much whilst I have in actual fact been making payments just because they only update once the account is settled.

For the last 2 days I’ve been phoning and trying to speak to someone in a higher position but the phone call gets cut every time.
