Direct Axis not updating ITC !!! False info reflecting

I had a personal loan with Direct Axis, which due to unemployment for some time I was unable to pay. I finally settled the account in full on 01 March 2018, as per the settlement offer. I phone everyday for a paid up letter and updating with the credit bureau and nothing has happened. I speak to their debt collecting agency, VVM and they say the delay is with Direct Axis. PLEASE supply me with a paid up letter, close it and update ITC asap !!

Still no feedback, no assistance received , no contact made with me. ITC still not updated. This is pathetic.

Another week has gone by and nothing has changed - no status change with ITC, no paid up letter and VVM is saying the delay is with DirectAxis. I'm being sent from pillar to post.
