Direct Axis Not Issuing Statements

I have been waiting for a statement that was suppose to be emailed to me in five days. Two weeks have passed now, the agent said they have a backlog - she cant promise when I will get my statement to settle the account. I now have to wait indefinitely, not knowing when they will get back to me with the statement. The agents says they have to do calculations manually, what type of business is this?
