Direct axis not interested in sorting out issues
so i write a review about the shocking service level currently being offered by Direct axis , they are very quick to reply but that is where it ends a week later and no call to sort out the issue ' at least they are consistent with being useless

09 Sept 2020, 10:55So over a week has passed and still your fone call is not forth coming your service levels are absolutely disgusting your call centre may as well be closed down cause no calls are being answered this is not acceptable by any stretch of the imagination disgusting
