Direct Axis Not informing their Debt Collection Agency Monthly

I have been making payments every single month and can prove that I have not defaulted. However, every day I am receiving a call from Eastern-Berry saying that I have not paid since July 2018 and that they are going to summons me. When you try to contact Direct Axis you get pushed from pillar to post and I cannot get through to their legal department to sort this out, let alone get a detailed statement, which I requested over three weeks ago. I am at my wits end as to what to do and can categorically say to everyone out there. DO NOT TAKE PERSONAL LOANS FROM COMPANIES LIKE THIS, what seems like a relief initially ends up been a taxing and financially draining experience in the long run.
