DIRECT AXIS NOT CLOSING ACCOUNT, PROMISES NOT KEPT
I settled my direct axis account however direct axis is not closing the account. Ive called more that 10 times already with customer service agents making unfulfilled promises. What is worse, debit order still went through and havent been refunded as yet.. this is very frustrating

23 Apr 2021, 17:05Settlement was done on the 30th March 2021. It is therefore 23 days since i settled the account. Rather than being sent a paid up letter, i received statement that interest was charged after settlement and that debit order will go against my account on the 30 April. Can you also confirm that debit order agaist my account has been cancelled
