Direct Axis Not clearing your Name

I did a loan with Direct axis which helped alot , unfortunately i had to go under Debt review for 5 years and once i have completed it , it has been a struggle beyond understanding to get my name cleared. I have Phone direct axis numerous times and they keep referring me to MVB external collectors , i have contacted MVB and they advised that my paid up letter has been submitted in 2023 already , this is really unacceptable , this is preventing me from getting any finance for house / car , Im a single salary earning father and cant perform anything due to this lack of communication between Direct Axis and MVB
