Direct axis not being able to foward something as simple as a paid up letter

I have been extremely patient with Direct axis especially in this pandemic and everything that happening in our country.

I have contacted over a month ago now several times to request for a paid up letter.

Every single time, I get told this is being sent to the relevant department and I will have a letter sent via email in the next 3-5 days.

The last call I made to the legal team was on *** and spoke to someone called Togieda, I asked for a reference and was told that is something they dont give.

All I am asking for is a paid up letter it's not rocket science it should not take over 30 days at all.
