Direct Axis - non removal of debt review status

I was under debt review which i have now completed in March, my debt counsellor has sent the proof of such as well as the Clearance Certificate on the 07th April 2021, i too have also sent in correspondence, to date my profile still detects that i am under debt review, i contact Transunion who has confirmed that the debt review flag has been lifted off my profile in April already, this is totally unacceptable as it has to be cleared within 21 days of receiving the notification
