Direct Axis no assistance!!!
Absolutely atrocious, i have had a 24 month personal loan with Direct Axis, i am on my last and final payment, they have been receiving funds for payment, however no allocation is being made and now my account is reflecting in error, i have emailed collections@directaxis and customerservice@directaxis with the proof of payment, this is for September 2020 payment, they have received and allocated October Payment, however September still remains in arrears, i have called i have left a message with Wesbank for contact too date no reply n response, since lock-down its as if they have gone AWOL
