Direct Axis - New Loan offer - no help
Very Very Bad service with new Loan Offer. Recieved SMS that new offer available. App**** and then called to ask if loan approved. Informed by Agent that the debit order for existing loan not reflecting on system and that i need to call after 2 days. Did call after 2 days now told loan declined with no reasons. Agent very rude and got upset when asking for help with this. She just dropped the call. Tried to call again asking to speak to manager but they not available. The worst ever loan application done online. Why send me an SMS with new Loan offer if getting no service.
