Direct Axis Never Sends Out Client Statements

I have been paying a loan from Direct Axis for more than 4 years now! I have only received my statement on the second year after hustling with their customer service department. This was in 2011 and the service I received leaves a lot to be desired. By now this loan should have been settled, but I cant tell because I do not have a statement for the outstanding balance.<br> <br> They stopped sending me my account statement balance from 2014 around February. I constantly receive calls from their Agents trying to sell me another loan. I expected them to resolve my issue instead they also send me sms's to say i qualify for another loan of R85,000.00<br> <br> How on earth am i suppose to continue doing business with them when they can't even respond to my statement requests? No one seems to take responsibility and cares for my account.<br> Anyone who gets solicited for a personal loan from Direct Axis should be careful think twice before you apply for a loan.<br> <br> Direct Axis service is not only BAD, it sucks and in my opinion they are a big RIP-OFF. They exploit and target African people who have settled their Mortgage Bonds to tie them into more debt. Watch out fellows stop doing business with Direct Axis.
