Direct Axis Negligence – Unacceptable and Unfair Handover

Direct Axis has shown complete negligence in handling my loan account. I had a valid debit order in place for my repayments, yet they failed to process the payments from my account as agreed.

Despite me noticing this and making several attempts to contact them to fix the issue, they did not resolve it or provide meaningful feedback. Instead, without any proper communication or warning, they escalated the matter to attorneys as if I was in default. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially when the fault lies with their failure to debit my account.

To make things worse, they claimed they tried to contact me on a number I haven’t used in over 15 years, even though they successfully contacted me on my current number when the loan was initially processed. This is highly unprofessional and points to serious internal issues.

I refuse to accept responsibility for something that was fully within Direct Axis’ control. I expect immediate corrective action, removal of the handover to attorneys, and confirmation that this will not affect my credit profile.

I strongly advise anyone considering Direct Axis to think twice before trusting them with your financial commitments. Their negligence has caused me unnecessary stress and legal complications.
