Direct axis needs to up their game
To get a loan from Direct axis is always easy. The company is helpful and willing to help, even when other companies cannot. However...
1. The qaulity of their telephones/voice /audio is horrible. One can almost never make out what is being asked /said.
2. Settling a loan is **********. Holding is understandable. Being asked to hold, but then in the middle of the process, being transfered? Stating numerous times that you are calling to settle a loan and being asked again?
