Direct Axis my...
I have been trying for months to get hold of anyone at Direct Axis and to no avail. Nobody gets back to me. I have not had a statement for eons and I want to finish the account but cannot get a settlement amount from them or a statement. NO service - you phone, all goes well until you have to get someone to answer - then you get the story that they have a technical problem and will be online again soon and to phone again. I HAVE AND STILL NO HELP!!!!! USELESS UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
