DIRECT AXIS & MBD ATTORNEY"S ARE POOR SERVICE PROVIDERS WITH *********** STUFF!

Direct Axis & MBD Attorney's ARE THE WORST SERVICES PROVIDERS EVER. Its funny how they can call you all the time to make payments and bill you for each and every call that they make to you. I paid my account with Direct Axis & MBD attorneys on the 27th July 2021 and To date I still have not received the paid up letter. Hopefully I will receive the letter now. I wonder can I bill them for all the phone calls I wasted to them for a simple paid up letter...I have been using my cell phone to call them and the unprofessional call centre agents will have a conversation while they assisting you not even bothered about the client on the phone!!!! This really CAN I PLEASE HAVE A PAID UP LETTER EMAILED TO ME AS PER WHAT YOU PROMISED!!!!!
