Direct Axis loans ****
I have settled my loan last week Tuesday and up to so far they have not closed my account. I sent them proof of my settlement payment and they went an debited my account again. Direct axis is a **** their interest are too much. If i had missed my payment they were going to call me every second but now just to close my account they taking forever. I took R50 000 last year in April and have paid for more than 11 Months but my settlement was R46275 which i do not understand. Its fine they have ****med me but can they close that account and refund me what is due to me please.

21 Apr 2021, 13:21How long does it takes to check and monitor my account so the account can be closed and i get refunded because since Monday i have been sending you guys emails of my Proof of payment but nothing is done. I even called several times and some guy keep on saying its on the process but nothing is done.
