Direct Axis loans not closed and monies refunded to me
settlement done on my loans and refund required back to me but this has not been done as yet since settlement on the 26th of November. i need these accounts closed and amounts refunded to me that is owed.
always quick to collect but never to refund.
ive emailed 3 times asking to close and settle but have not received any feedback even sending to the complaints department.
