Direct axis loan settled and I was given friendlander details to pay them

I would like to know since I'm not getting answers,I closed direct axis loan from identity number ********** 609082 and was given friedlander lawyers details to pay them ,of which I did and only to realize FNB home loans paid G***** as their attorneys and I'm based in Johanesburg.why different lawyers from the same company?
